Pour \u00ab\u00a0Be One Humanity \/ L’E.T.R.E – Entrepreneurs d’humanit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> nous recherchons en France un lieu avec int\u00e9r\u00eat culturel, historique, architectural (type ch\u00e2teau, couvent, abbaye, b\u00e2timents industriels, gare, sheds, h\u00f4pital, si\u00e8ge de banque ou d\u2019entreprise, etc.) \u00e0 racheter pour somme symbolique afin de cr\u00e9er un projet culturel, entrepreneurial et \u00e9conomique, citoyen et soci\u00e9tal, ancr\u00e9 dans un territoire et une volont\u00e9 de d\u00e9veloppement d’une r\u00e9gion \/ d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 de communes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019E.T.R.E est un Lieu pour \u00c9voluer Transformer Repenser Entreprendre<\/strong>. Dans L\u2019E.T.R.E, on cr\u00e9e, on forme, on apprend, on fait ensemble, on fabrique, on participe, on cr\u00e9e du lien social, de la citoyennet\u00e9\u2026 et on invente le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un incubateur de projets bas\u00e9 sur un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me international d\u2019experts, de mentors et de financeurs, <\/strong>pour soutenir des projets concrets d\u2019innovation soci\u00e9tale, culturelle et citoyenne <\/strong>\u00e0 impact social positif. Un lieu d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, de t\u00e9l\u00e9travail de proximit\u00e9 et de coworking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For \u00ab\u00a0The Place to Be\u00a0\u00bb project, we are looking for a place in France with cultural, historical or architectural interest (such as a castle, convent, abbey, industrial building,train station, bank or company headquarters, sheds etc.) to buy for a symbolic sum (1 \u20ac to 200 000 \u20ac) in order to create a \u00a0cultural, entrepreneurial and economic, citizen and societal project, anchored in a territory project and a will of development of a department or municipalities community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose of the place<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An entrepreneurial and economic project <\/strong>for a resilient, learning, and inclusive territory. A hybrid place of experimentation and innovation: <\/strong>a cultural, entrepreneurial, economic, citizen and societal place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A project incubator based on an international ecosystem<\/strong> of experts, mentors, and funders, to support concrete projects of societal, cultural and citizen innovation<\/strong> with a positive social impact. A place for accommodation, local telecommuting and coworking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A place for training and inclusion <\/strong>that promotes local entrepreneurship and job creation. A place of learning and intergenerational transmission of technical, artisanal (craftsmanship), and artistic know-how of yesterday and tomorrow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An (inter)cultural and artistic place for all<\/strong>, hosting the international festival \u00ab\u00a0La nuit des arts et des mondes\u00a0\u00bb (promoting cultural diversity and creating bridges between cultures) with spaces for creation and international cultural exchanges, supporting cultural and creative entrepreneurs and developing cultural,  creative industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
