In order to make this possible, it is imperative a social entrepreneurship ecosystem asset involved inclusive and participatory. Public   authorities, social  partners, representative institutions and especially   the   businesses   and   entrepreneurs  in  the  social  economy  should  participate  in  the  development  of  public  policies\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also adds that  social  entrepreneurs and enterprises must receive direct budget support and funding, be supported in the promotion of  private  consumption  of  cooperative  \/social  enterprises  services  and products and  participating  in  a  sustainable  public  procurement  and  committed  to  social enterprises.  \u201cFor  this,  we  need  a  coordinated  approach  between  all  actors  involved  in  the  social economy  ecosystem  with  a  global  objective  for  the  European society\u201d, says Yannick Le Guern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his opinion \u201cPolicy and legal framework, public support schemes, networks and actors, investment and funding schemes must  integrate,  collect  transversely(employment,  small  and  medium  enterprises,  innovation,  all  sectors  of  production) the promotion and supporting of social enterprises. It refers to any individual or group committing itself irrevocably to a risky or revolutionary course of action. When we make a difficult decision from where there is no way back, we say we cross the Rubicon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To drive change requires determination: Yannick Le Guern is one of those leaders that understand the art of communication to effectively get their message across. He is a good listener and drives change with unfailing determination, believing in the cause and makes it happen.
