Leaders as in \u201cglobal sustainable leaders\u201d need to be motivated by common values, rather than just financial performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>A global sustainable leadership for me it\u2019s all about Unleashing the power of co creation\u2026this co-creation is a suitable innovation tool for all types of innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We need new leadership to inspire us and give us courage especially in volatile times.
