With the 2026 cohort of the Mastère Spécialisé® Management et Direction de Projets, B1-AKT led a Lab exploring a different vision of leadership and performance: the Sensitive Organization©.

We talked about global citizenship, axiological action, ethics, societal entrepreneurship, humanistic management, a changing world, diversity & neuro-inclusion, mental health and resilience — because leading complex projects goes far beyond methods, processes and execution.

We went inward to gain perspective: to know ourselves better, fulfil our potential, become better leaders, care for ourselves and others, and mobilise collective intelligence around projects that change the world.

Because projects don’t transform organizations. People do.
