How can we prepare teams for the transformations already reshaping the world of work? B1-AKT was delighted to work with teams from the Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) through a training programme dedicated to HRIS — Human Resources Information Systems. This initiative reflects our approach to learning and development: going beyond knowledge transfer to build the capabilities people need to understand, lead and successfully navigate transformation.
