Today, B1-AKT is proud to unveil its Impact Report 2021–2026 — From Purpose to Impact.
This report is more than a retrospective. It is a record of a collective journey — of people, ideas, partnerships and actions brought together by one conviction: meaningful transformation begins with people and becomes sustainable when people have the capacity to shape it.
Over these five years, our work has continued across organizations, leadership, communication, innovation, learning and sustainable transformation. The report looks at what changed, the people and ecosystems that made change possible, and the principles that continue to guide B1-AKT.
Our earlier Impact Reports documented the foundations of this journey: strengthening communities, creating opportunities, supporting organizations and addressing social challenges. Our 2020–2021 Uplifting Humanity report captured an extraordinary period in which disruption also became a call for solidarity, resilience and collective action.
2021–2026 marks the next chapter: from purpose to impact.
Technology is transforming the environments in which we live and work. But transformation cannot be reduced to technology alone. Its lasting value depends on our ability to connect human intelligence, collective intelligence and artificial intelligence with purpose.
For us, the question is therefore not simply how organizations adapt to the future. It is how people can be given the capacity to shape it.
