Pour « Be One Humanity / L’E.T.R.E – Entrepreneurs d’humanité » nous recherchons en France un lieu avec intérêt culturel, historique, architectural (type château, couvent, abbaye, bâtiments industriels, gare, sheds, hôpital, siège de banque ou d’entreprise, etc.) à racheter pour somme symbolique afin de créer un projet culturel, entrepreneurial et économique, citoyen et sociétal, ancré dans un territoire et une volonté de développement d’une région / d’une communauté de communes.
L’E.T.R.E est un Lieu pour Évoluer Transformer Repenser Entreprendre. Dans L’E.T.R.E, on crée, on forme, on apprend, on fait ensemble, on fabrique, on participe, on crée du lien social, de la citoyenneté… et on invente le monde.
Le Projet
Un projet entrepreneurial et économique pour un territoire résilient apprenant et inclusif. Un lieu hybride d’expérimentation et d’innovation : culturel, entrepreneurial et économique,citoyen et sociétal.
Un incubateur de projets basé sur un écosystème international d’experts, de mentors et de financeurs, pour soutenir des projets concrets d’innovation sociétale, culturelle et citoyenne à impact social positif. Un lieu d’hébergement, de télétravail de proximité et de coworking.
Un lieu de formation et d’inclusion favorisant l’entrepreneuriat territorial et la création d’emplois locaux. Un lieu d’apprentissage et de transmission intergénérationnel de savoir-faire techniques, artisanaux et artistiques d’hier et demain.
Un lieu (inter)culturel et artistique pour tous, accueillant le festival international « La nuit des arts et des mondes » avec des espaces de création et d’échanges culturels internationaux, l’accompagnement d’entrepreneurs culturels et le développement des industries culturelles et créatives.

For « The Place to Be » project, we are looking for a place in France with cultural, historical or architectural interest (such as a castle, convent, abbey, industrial building,train station, bank or company headquarters, sheds etc.) to buy for a symbolic sum (1 € to 200 000 €) in order to create a cultural, entrepreneurial and economic, citizen and societal project, anchored in a territory project and a will of development of a department or municipalities community.
Purpose of the place
An entrepreneurial and economic project for a resilient, learning, and inclusive territory. A hybrid place of experimentation and innovation: a cultural, entrepreneurial, economic, citizen and societal place.
A project incubator based on an international ecosystem of experts, mentors, and funders, to support concrete projects of societal, cultural and citizen innovation with a positive social impact. A place for accommodation, local telecommuting and coworking.
A place for training and inclusion that promotes local entrepreneurship and job creation. A place of learning and intergenerational transmission of technical, artisanal (craftsmanship), and artistic know-how of yesterday and tomorrow.
An (inter)cultural and artistic place for all, hosting the international festival « La nuit des arts et des mondes » (promoting cultural diversity and creating bridges between cultures) with spaces for creation and international cultural exchanges, supporting cultural and creative entrepreneurs and developing cultural, creative industries.
